About Charlotte & Jack (Former Wolf Pair of this Live Cam)

Jack and Charlotte passed away in 2021 and 2022
The pair gave birth to four pups:Maple, Ben, Deven and Marley on April 18, 2018.

Jack was a beloved patriarch of the Wolf Conservation Center. He passed away October 18, 2021 at fourteen and a half years old. He joined the WCC in 2017 when Pilots to the Rescue flew Jack from his former home at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's Sandy Ridge facility in North Carolina. One of the most spirited wolves the WCC has ever known.

Charlotte passed suddenly on March 12, 2022. She was born at the Wolf Conservation Center and would have been seven years old the spring of her passing. Charlotte met Jack, her forever mate, in the winter of 2017. They had four pups in 2018. The duo was often observed cuddling and kissing in their den. Charlotte was a fantastic wolf mother to her pups, she famously killed a chipmunk while nursing pups!
